Watching videos I can see the blurring but it isn't as bad as dragging an open window across the screen. I was curious if there was some settings in ether the monitor or in the pc settings I can change to help reduce the blurring I see when something is in motion. No gaming but watch a lot of youtube, this pc was only purchased since my previous system was extremely old and getting very slow. Operating system: Windows 11 pro (preinstalled)Īdded an extra 1tb m.2 for Kubuntu Linux which I daily drive now trying to work my way away from Microsoft.Īll stock settings in bios, no overclock or anything changed other than using dark mode in both OS's due to my eyes, (get headaches if there is too much bright whites, also have the night light turned on changing the color temp to around 5200 to attempt reducing blue light along with the brightness and contrast on the monitor turned down to around 30% (yeah I know I have bad eyes) Monitor: Acer 34HC5CUR Pbiiphx 34" 2K WQHD (3440 x 1440) 144Hz UltraWide Curved I am seeing this running both windows 11 and Kubuntu Linux. Hello all, I had purchased a new desktop and curved monitor and wondering if there is some settings that would help with reducing image blur while watching videos.
